General information
Well informed on holiday
Your holiday with us at the Ritterhof should be carefree, relaxing and invigorating. So that you don't experience any unexpected, unpleasant surprises, you will find all the general information here. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us.
Billing
You can pay conveniently in cash, by Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard, EC-Direkt or similar.
Bread roll & newspaper service
Of course, we bring you your favourite daily newspaper and fresh bread rolls from the bakery every morning
Breakfast "Table set yourself"
You can also take advantage of our private served breakfast with room service. 22 euros per person. (Children up to 13 years 14 euros per person)
Cancellation conditions
We recommend that you take out travel insurance in any case. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions: If you contact us 60 days before your arrival, you can cancel free of charge. Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of 50 %, for cancellations from the 29th day before the agreed arrival date we charge 75 %, from the 15th day we charge 95 % of the amount. The deposit paid will in any case be retained as a processing fee. In the event of non-arrival without cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount of the booking. Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation.
Check-in and check-out times
Arrival and departure is possible daily. The flats are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the flats by 10:00 a.m.
Cleaning and linen change
Laundry change and daily cleaning are available on request. An iron, ironing board, shoe shine machine and hoover are of course available at all times. We are happy to clean and dry your private laundry for an additional charge.
Dogs
Only small dogs, with a maximum back height of 30 cm, are welcome on request and are charged at 22 euros per day and dog. We ask that you bring a dog basket. Dogs are not allowed to use or climb on the beds, couch or other seating or upholstered furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the garden and pool area.

Features
All our flats are equipped with satellite TV, radio and telephone, fibre optic high-speed WLAN. The holiday flats are equipped with bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for the swimming pool and sauna, bathrobes, minibar, dishwasher, electric cooker, coffee machine, crockery, microwave, kettle.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is obligatory and will be charged once at €70.00 per apartment
House shop
In our small house shop you will find a personalised selection of different wines from Innerleiterhof, Prosecco and apple juice. You are welcome to order these from us at reception and we will bring them to your flat.
Infopoint
Infotainment system Tipp Thek with your holiday-relevant information about local and seasonal events, cultural and culinary highlights, the weather, general local structures and current news about South Tyrol and the world.
Library
You will find 300-400 books in our in-house library. Our library thrives on exchange, so you are welcome to put your own holiday reading in our library and take the book you started reading during your holiday home with you and bring it back next time.

All levels are easily accessible with our lift
Local tax
The local tax will be charged in addition to the daily rate and will be 2.20 euros per person per day from the age of 14 from 1 January 2022.

Shuttle service
We offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the railway stations in Merano/Meran.
Smoking ban
In the flats and throughout the house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna
The South Tyrol Guest Pass Scena/Schenna is included in the flat price, is valid for the entire stay and includes the following benefits Free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol as well as public cable cars (such as Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, Meransen and Ritten).
