Our beautiful apartment hotel is located on the sun-kissed balcony of Schenna, just above Meran.
No buffets and no stress in the mornings. We will serve your perfect breakfast personally to the privacy of your room. That means you can start your day off in comfort and peace as you feast your eyes on the beauty of the surrounding Meran countryside and the panoramic view of the mountains of South Tyrol.
We are open year-round. Spring, summer, autumn and winter in Schenna are as multifaceted as South Tyrol itself. All of our holiday apartments feature satellite TV, radio, telephone and fibre-optic broadband.
We live, eat and drink with awareness, and will be delighted to let you in on a few of our very own insider tips on the local area.

Swim a lap of our seasonal heated 10 x 5 m outdoor pool – to cool down during the day, to work out, or just to relax and unwind … dive into the peace of our open-air pool and round off your busy holiday days to perfection.

Wave goodbye to aching muscles. Take advantage of our massage service and book a treatment in your apartment with our professional wellness-massage therapist, Helmut Wieser.
Relax as you sit back in the open-air whirlpool and enjoy the sunset glow. The relaxing view from our peaceful garden with its beautiful sunbathing lawn does you so much good.

Our inclusive services include personal check-in and porter service from the car park to your holiday apartment and back. Any-day check-in and check-out. In our hotel library we have 300-400 books. It is based on an exchange system – so you’re welcome to leave your holiday reading here and take another book home with you that you haven’t finished reading during your holiday. Just bring it back on your next stay. Laundry change and daily cleaning are always available on request.
With the Meran Card, you can use all public transport free of charge and enjoy free access to 80 museums. It is available from 15th October 2022 until 30th June 2023, and is included in the cost of your apartment.
In our small hotel shop, we stock an assortment of wines, prosecco and apple juice. All products have been selected by us personally and are locally-sourced. You can request the products you would like at reception and we will bring your selection to your apartment.
We will be delighted to let you in on local insider tips on food and the South Tyrolean cuisine, mountain huts, mountain taverns, restaurants and guest houses, autumn Törggelen expeditions and chestnuts, canederli, apples, wine, speck and traditional meat dishes right through to delicate Mediterranean antipasti. The menu in South Tyrol is a harmonious blend of Italian and Tyrolean cuisine.
We will also be happy to advise you on the numerous outstanding activities in the countryside, the sights to see in and around Meran, cultural events, churches and castles.
